WMC’s Wade Goodsell Promoted to Vice President

MADISON – Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) announced on Thursday that Wade Goodsell has been promoted to Vice President of Membership & Partnerships. Goodsell will continue to serve as Executive Director of WMC Foundation – an affiliate of WMC.

Goodsell rejoined WMC in 2018 as Executive Director of WMC Foundation and added Executive Director of Membership to his responsibilities that same year. He started his career at WMC in a membership and government relations role.

“Wade is a true leader at WMC, and we are grateful to have him on the team,” said WMC President & CEO Kurt Bauer. “As we continue to grow the organization, he will play a critical role.”

With his promotion, Goodsell joins WMC’s executive leadership team and will oversee all aspects of WMC’s member relations, corporate partnerships and fundraising efforts.

“I bleed WMC blue, and it is because of our terrific members,” added Goodsell. “Our members are not only job creators in this state, but thought leaders. It is an honor to work side-by-side with them each day, and I look forward to developing even stronger relationships in my new role.”

Goodsell serves on the board of the Wisconsin Center for Manufacturing Productivity and has previously been involved in the Industrial Asset Management Council, the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals and the Wisconsin Economic Development Association. He is a Wisconsin native and a graduate of Bethel University.
