The data is clear: masses are fleeing states like New York because of the tax climate and socialist policies. Vicki McKenna is joined by Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce’s Scott Manley to discuss the risk of allowing these policies into the Badger State.
“These are policies that have failed all over Europe, and are failing in New York and California in real time,” shared WMC’s Scott Manley. “They want to hobble our manufacturing sector by getting rid of the tax credit that manufacturers have to earn based on every dollar of production they produce.”
Manufacturing is the backbone of many Wisconsin communities. By disincentivizing production, manufacturing companies will shut down or move to a different state, and these communities will effectively die without these employers.
