MILWAUKEE – WMC’s Scott Manley joined The Vicki McKenna Show to talk about Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s attempt to shutdown the Enbridge Line 5 pipeline, which provides fuel and energy resources to Wisconsin and numerous other states. Manley explained how critical the pipeline is to getting fuel necessary to heat homes in Wisconsin winters and that shutting down the pipeline would not eliminate the demand for energy.
Notably, without the pipeline, it would take 90 tanker trucks every hour driving across the northern part of Wisconsin, through the UP and down into Michigan.
