Shelby Lingar joined WMC in 2026 as an Events Coordinator. A Burlington native, Shelby earned her bachelor’s degree in communication with an emphasis in public relations from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. It was during a PR project that she discovered her passion for creating seamless, engaging, and memorable events.
Before joining WMC, Shelby served as Meetings Manager for the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology. She also continues to bring her expertise to Graceful Events, where she plans and executes wedding days throughout the Lake Geneva area.
Outside of work, Shelby enjoys getting lost in a good book, making lattes, travelling the states with her soon-to-be husband, and shopping at local Wisconsin businesses.
