WMC: Josh Kaul Has Failed Wisconsin

MADISON – Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) – the combined state chamber and manufacturers’ association – noted on Wednesday that the state is ready for new leadership and a return to policies that protect Wisconsinites safety and their economic future.

Following the Primary Election yesterday for Attorney General, WMC President & CEO Kurt Bauer released the following statement:

“Congratulations to Eric Toney on his victory yesterday. Eric knows the Attorney General should stand by the rule-of-law and work diligently to keep our communities safe.

“Unfortunately, Josh Kaul has proven for nearly four years that he is more interested in expanding the size of government and lashing out at job creators than doing what is right for Wisconsin. He has demonized the business community and failed to stand with law enforcement when they needed it most.

“Our state cannot afford Attorney General Kaul’s failed leadership. It is time to put Wisconsin first.”
