Bemis Safety Leader Earns Advanced Safety Certificate

Madison – Wisconsin Safety Council, the state’s leading provider of workplace safety training and programming and a division of WMC, awarded an Advanced Safety Certificate to Chuck Schroeder, Safety and Training Manager at Bemis in Oshkosh.
The Advanced Safety Certificate is a nationally recognized commendation developed by the National Safety Council. Recipients must take numerous advanced safety courses which focus on the technical and management safety skills and best practices needed to elevate a company’s safety program.
“Today’s safety professionals need to have a high level of training and knowledge about a broad range of safety and health topics,” said Janie Ritter, director of the Wisconsin Safety Council. “Earning the Advanced Safety Certificate involves rigorous coursework and demonstration of applied practices. We congratulate Chuck on his achievement, and Bemis for their commitment to the safety of their employees.”
