WMC submitted comments to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requesting substantial changes to the EPA’s proposed ozone transport rule. As proposed, the rule fails to properly address out-of-state emissions impacting Wisconsin (especially Sheboygan County), while unfairly punishing Wisconsin manufacturers that contribute a minute amount of ozone to Illinois.
