WMC submitted comments to the Public Service Commission (PSC) raising concerns about proposed changes to the state’s ratepayer-funded energy efficiency program (Focus on Energy). The PSC is considering unilaterally expanding the program to include incentives for fuel switching, and other priorities for electrification and “decarbonization.” WMC raised concerns about the lawfulness of the proposed changes and their potential impact to businesses.
