WMC Files in Support of Enbridge’s Pipeline

The WMC Litigation Center filed an amicus brief in federal court in support of Enbridge’s petroleum pipeline in northern Wisconsin. The brief was filed on behalf of WMC and the Ohio, Michigan, and United States Chambers of Commerce. The brief warns the court of the severe disruptions that would occur if the pipeline were shut down.
