WMC Praises Reed Hall to Lead WEDC

Hall Committed to Job Creation, Improved Business Climate
Madison — Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce, the state’s chamber of commerce and largest business association, praised Governor Scott Walker’s selection of Reed Hall to serve as the CEO of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation.
WMC President/CEO Kurt R. Bauer said:
“Reed Hall is a proven innovator in business, and a man of impeccable integrity. He is committed to job creation and economic development and will work every day to improve Wisconsin’s business climate and to help businesses create jobs. He has demonstrated his commitment to improving Wisconsin’s workforce.”
Hall has served on the WMC board of directors.
Hall served as executive director of Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield from 2000 to 2010. He served as Interim Secretary/CEO of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation since November 2012.
