Sign the Letter: I Support a Worker’s Compensation Fee Schedule in Wisconsin

Wisconsin businesses are concerned with the high costs of medical care in the worker’s compensation system. In fact, Wisconsin’s average medical payments are 35% higher than the median state. This puts employers at a significant disadvantage. Forty-five other states have addressed this problem by enacting a medical fee schedule.

WMC is urging legislators to do the same by supporting the medical fee schedule bill that is unanimously supported by the Worker’s Compensation Advisory Council.
