Episode 14: State budget adds funds for skills gap worker training

Lawmakers plan to invest millions more in the Wisconsin Fast Forward program, which started issuing grants last year to help employers pay for job training. As Wisconsin’s workforce ages manufacturers and other industries will also look to programs like SkillsUSA to grow interest and abilities in technical fields.
