Kay Kertz is the Senior Vice President of Finance & Human Resources. She joined WMC in 1991 and has held numerous accounting and human resources roles during her tenure.
She has overseen the organization’s daily financial operations since 2005 and was promoted to Vice President in 2020 and Senior Vice President in 2025. In her current role, she manages all aspects of the finance and human resources departments, and sets the strategic vision for WMC’s financial future.
Kertz earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is a Madison native, lives in Sun Prairie with her husband and has two adult children.
