Dave Amos, ASP, Principal Consultant
photo of Dave Amos David is a consultant and trainer in specializing in occupational safety and health management. Presently he is the President of Amos Group, Ltd. and the corporate safety manager at Staff Force, Inc., a temporary and permanent staffing company based in Schaumburg, IL. He regularly provides training and consultation services, as well as program development to organizations regarding their safety management systems, and all aspects related to protecting the health and well being of employees, and providing financial benefit to the organizations involved. David served as a senior consultant in the Occupational Services, (Workplace Group) at the National Safety Council. Before joining the safety council, he spent thirty-two (32) years in heavy manufacturing, much of that time as one of the key partners in a joint safety process at his employment. An OSHA Outreach Trainer for General Industry Standards, and previously for Construction standards. He served as a course chairperson for the NSC portion of the National Safety Education center during his employment at NSC and provides facilitation for various courses conducted by NSC. Bellino_Vinny Vinny has a Certified Master Instructor credential from the National Association of Safety Professionals in workplace violence and National Safety Council Certification in the 6-hour state approved defensive driving program. He is also qualified in Train-the-Trainer/Instructor Development programs for Coaching Systems in lift truck, CEVO-ambulance, police and fire and other Train-the-Trainer programs. Dave Schwoerer, Best Safety Compliance

Nicknamed “Safety Dave” by clients, he has more than 20 30 years’ experience in the safety field. He previously co-founded the consulting firm Innovative Safety Systems, Inc. (ISSI), and worked as a corporate safety director. He has also served on the board of the Wisconsin Safety Council and headed its Professional Training & Development Committee, and is a frequent speaker on workplace safety topics. Dave is an authorized OSHA 500 & 501 trainer and has successfully completed training as a competent person in Excavation, Scaffolding, and Fall Protection. He earned a masters degree in Occupational Safety from the University of Whitewater.
Mike Seeliger, Owner, Michael W. Seeliger & Associates
photo of Michael Seeliger Mike earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from UW-Madison. He was operations manager of a hazardous waste facility from the start of RCRA in 1976 until 1990. He has written several Part B license applications for TSD facilities and has personally audited over 30 TSDF in the U.S. Mike obtained his Certified Hazardous Materials Manager certification in 1990. He has served as president and education coordinator for the Greater Wisconsin Chapter of the Academy of CHMM. He has taught RCRA and DOT courses for WSC for many years.
Scott Smith
Scott Smith is the President of Safety Services, a Madison-based company which provides training and consultation to manufacturers, and education on courses such as Defensive Driving. He is also the Environmental Services Supervisor for Mendota Mental Health Institute and Central Wisconsin Center for the Developmentally Disabled. He is responsible for the development and implementation of all health and safety programs for nearly 2,000 staff members and 600 patients. These programs include ergonomic assessments, OSHA standards, Life Safety Codes, injury investigation and reduction plans, and all hospital accreditation standards. Scott is a very active member of the Wisconsin Safety Council, volunteering and leading many committees throughout the years.
