WAUKESHA – Suzanne Kelley, President of the Waukesha County Business Alliance, has been selected by her peers to serve as Vice President of the Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce Executives (WCCE) Board of Directors. Kelley has served on the Board of Directors since 2014.
WCCE is a division of Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC), the statewide Chamber of Commerce, and provides professional development and advocacy support to Wisconsin’s chamber professionals.
“Suzanne has been a great asset to WCCE these past few years as an active member and Board Director,” said WMC President/CEO Kurt R. Bauer. “I look forward to continuing our work together and congratulate her on being elected Vice President by her peers.”
“WCCE provides tremendous resources and a fantastic network for chamber executives to learn from each other,” said Kelley. “I’m honored to serve on WCCE’s leadership team and help ensure that chamber executives have the necessary training and tools to support a thriving business community throughout our state.”
Among other things, the WCCE Board plans professional development events, including an annual statewide conference. It also addresses common challenges facing both the business community and local chambers.
Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce Executives is a nonprofit, professional development organization housed within WMC. Founded in 1916, with more than 200 dues-paying members, WCCE trains and supports Wisconsin chamber professionals as they promote and enhance the economies of communities around the state.
