Scott Mayer founded the firm in 1985 in his parents’ basement with only $5,000. Under his leadership, QPS has grown from one office and two employees to over 30 offices in the Midwest with a staff of over 225 internal employees. QPS works with more than 5,000 associate (temporary) employees on a weekly basis. QPS is the largest independently owned staffing firm in the states of Wisconsin and Iowa. Scott is past President of the Wisconsin Association of Staffing Services (WASS), is on the Board of Regents for Wisconsin Lutheran College and is a Board Member of WMC and MMAC.

A manufacturing industry veteran, Steve Dyer brings more than 25 years of leadership experience and a track record of achievement to his role serving as CEO of Trostel Ltd. Dyer continues to accelerate success at the company, which is a technical leader in the manufacturing of custom rubber compounds and precision rubber molded products. Trostel has significant expertise in its core businesses and offers a unified solution for custommolded, proprietary-compound rubber products, as well as material compounding for a wide range of applications. The company has expanded over the years from a regional rubber molder into a premium molder and compounder with facilities in the United States and Mexico. Trostel’s diverse client portfolio includes numerous market-leading companies that specialize in the appliance, automotive and general industrial markets. Dyer previously served as President and CEO of Dickten Masch Plastics, and expanded that business through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Under Dyer’s leadership, DMP was named 2010 Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year.
