Accessing Labor Market Info and Data Tools to Educate Your Members

Wisconsin’s Department of Workforce Development can be a resource for local chambers of commerce.  DWD hosts a great deal of labor market information and will share how to access that data for your use in educating your members.  They also oversee many work-based education programs like apprenticeships and youth apprenticeships and will provide an update on changes in those programs.

The Future Wisconsin Project: Update and Next Steps

Jim Morgan, president of the WMC Foundation, will give an update on the 20-year strategic plan for the economic growth of our state.  More than 400 people attended the recent inaugural Economic Summit, and Jim will outline the next steps for the 70+ Future Wisconsin Communities and the role your chamber will play in the success of strengthening your business community and the state overall.

Regular price: $15 per person for non-members.

Discounted WMC or WCCE member price: FREE! This is a member benefit so there is no cost to WMC or WCCE members.
