Five Fundamentals of Safety – New Berlin

June 14, 2017 @ 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Course Overview

Vince Lombardi built championship football teams by focusing on the fundamentals of football and relentlessly pursuing their perfection. In any workplace, “safety” doesn’t just happen; it must be built and relentlessly perfected. These Five Fundamentals of Safety are the foundation of every successful safety program without them you will not succeed at building or maintaining a safety program that protects employees.

Course outlines in detail the Five Fundamentals of Safety (safe work, safe work environment, competence, responsibility, accountability), the concept behind each fundamental, how each fundamental builds on the other, and how they can be incorporated into any business environment. During the seminar, participants will be actively involved in working with each fundamental so they are equipped to use them in their own workplace. This seminar is designed for any employee at any level who has safety responsibilities or anyone who supervises or designs the work of other employees.
