Training for Wisconsin Chambers: Board Development & Strategic Planning

Board development and strategic planning are two of the most important facets of any non-profit organization. This program will provide strategic consulting to local chamber of commerce executives, senior staff members and board leadership in order to help build relevancy at your chamber. The daylong training will include an emphasis on strategic planning in the morning and board development in the afternoon. Lunch will be provided. You are welcome to attend all or part of the day based on your training needs.
