WCCE, and other affiliate organizations, offer a variety of events throughout the year for chamber professionals to attend. These gatherings are an excellent opportunity to meet and share ideas with peers, as well as hear speakers present on current topics.

Registration includes up to four staff members or volunteers per chamber.
WMC/WCCE will host a Membership & Sponsorship Sales Symposium for chamber professionals to help build knowledge baseline in selling memberships; create a sales plan that multiplies income; single person staff strategies to increase members; overcome the dread of cold calling; learn one-call to complete 80% of every sale; overcome classic objections to chamber membership; create a new commission plan with residual income; and learn from the originator of tiered dues membership.

The annual conference is designed to be a one-stop shop for all chamber professionals. This event is a great opportunity to learn how to be a more effective community leader by developing your professional skills and, ultimately, grow your chamber. The multiple-day event provides plenty of educational programming, and recreational activities, to completely re-energize you for a fresh start when you return to the office.

Board development and strategic planning are two of the most important facets of any non-profit organization.This program provides strategic consulting to local chamber of commerce executives, senior staff members and board leadership in order to help build relevancy at their chamber.

Additional Conferences & Seminars
Local chamber affiliates, in conjunction with WMC, host and facilitate regional roundtable discussions. The roundtables give you a chance to network with those chambers in your region.
Seminars on specific issues will provide additional training for chamber employees. Where appropriate, the topic(s) will be presented by Wisconsin chamber professionals who have expertise in a specific area. Further details will be shared with WCCE members.
