Manufacturer of the Year

The Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year (MOTY) awards program is sponsored by the accounting and advisory firm of Baker Tilly, the legal firm of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, and WMC.

This award program recognizes manufacturers for outstanding achievements in many different areas including: effective research and development, export activity, profitable growth, commitment to employees, commitment to total quality, investment in training and retraining, and commitment to community.

Companies are placed in four size categories based on company-wide employee count. A Workforce Development Grand Award is also given for manufacturers who are leading the way in workforce development best practices. Self-nominations are encouraged.

Printable nomination forms will available later this fall. The nomination deadline is the first week in December. Winners are revealed at a black tie awards ceremony in February each year. The 2013 awards ceremony will be Thursday, February 27, 2012 at The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee. Visit the MOTY website to learn more.
