PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations in writing are accepted until February 1, 2010 and will qualify for a 75% refund. "No-shows" who have not prepaid will be invoiced for the total registration fee. Substitutions are accepted at any time.
TRANSPORTATION There is shuttle service available from the Alliant Energy Center, South Parking Lot, to the Monona Terrace. Service begins at 7:00 a.m. and runs every 15 minutes, until 5:30 p.m. Shuttle service to the Capitol is also available during legislative visits.
