WMC and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield are pleased to offer WMC fully-insured members with 100 covered adult participants myhealthIQ (SM), a corporate health risk management program from Healthways, Inc.

myhealthIQ offers worksite medical screenings to capture objective medical data. Using clinical professionals at the worksite to draw blood and take body measurements, myhealthIQ delivers concrete results to employees – and aggregate data to employers – that is accurate, actionable and measurable.

The program provides employee financial incentives based on quantifiable and improved lifestyle changes. It rewards those employees who are healthy, prompts early treatment for those with undetected risk factors and improves compliance among those with chronic illness.

WMC members receive added value when implementing WMC health plans, underwritten by Anthem BCBS, as myhealthIQ is included at no additional cost to qualifying employers.
