Reduce Wisconsin’s Tax Burden
Legislative Agenda

Wisconsin has consistently ranked among the highest taxed states in the country for more than 40 years. We need to reduce Wisconsin's total state and local tax burden so that we no longer rank among the 10 highest taxing states in the nation. At the same time, we need to encourage economic growth and development to expand the tax base, thereby reducing the burden on all taxpaying entities. High taxes threaten our economy, limit personal opportunity, and jeopardize the quality of life in this state.
